Troy graduated CAH in 2015 and is now a marketing professor at the University of Oregon. He grew up on the beaches of Southern California in the shadows of Hollywood making viral videos and trying to make the world a better place. He now conducts research on what people love, like, and find most important. From our favorite hobbies, to our most cherished beliefs, and yes, even the state of feeling nerdy, he studies what aspects affect us, how we can be better people, why we sometimes lie to ourselves, and how we can enjoy life more. As a former Disney Imagineer and a former activist-nonprofit marketer, he has seen the smiles and good that quality research can bring people.
