Thomas Walichiewicz is a designer trained in the application of neuropsychological research and technology, seeking to improve the way products are designed. As the Senior Designer at Common Cents Lab, his focus is on designing and iterating products based on the principals of behavioral economics.
Previously, Thomas was a UX/UI designer at Lyra Health and Miti Health, where he took innovative products from early concepts through launch. As an advocate for rigorous testing, creative design, and personalized technology, Thomas tailors products for market fit, and believes in justifying his design decisions through research.
Thomas has conducted numerous IRB-approved research studies for U.C. Davis and San José State University, which led him to investigate ways of improving user experience by integrating intuitive design and psychological analysis.
