					<description><![CDATA[I think the experience of seasoned, successful business professionals is being undervalued.  Often the way information is presented by a prospective colleague is enough to set off the &quot;bulls*&#038;% detector&quot; - in this particular instance, a person willfully overvaluing his company may indicate much deeper personal / business problems.  As a microcosm of the business he/she represents, I think such things can be very telling - more so that the business pitch, in some cases.  In and of itself it is an important piece of information.  If you have heard pitches for 30 years, and have seen which ones succeed and which fail, you gain reason behind the reason which I would not be so quick to categorize as &quot;emotional&quot;.  Is emotion a factor?  Of course.  How much of a factor?  Much harder to say.]]></description>
